Horizon Webmail & JunkMail Help
1. To access the Horizon Webmail interface or your JunkMail box
go to the website www.mail.horizon.co.fk
and enter your email address, email password and click "Enter".
Example:
Login: webmaster@horizon.co.fk
Password: like_im_tellen
2. Click on the Folders tab to view mailboxes.
3. From this view you can check your Inbox, JunkMail box and any other folder you may have created just by clicking on the relevant folder listed. see below, to look at the contents of your inbox click on the Inbox from the list.
4. To view an email click on the Senders name, see below.
5. Once viewing an email there are options to go directly to the next unread mail, reply to the current email, Forward the email, return to inbox, delete the current mail, set a flag or close as unread. All this can be achieved by selecting the required link from a grey menu box at the top of the page. To return to your folders page click the "Folders" link. See below.
